Delivery
We confirm delivery to your location, the charges and the timing with you before dispatch. Large items such as the BOARD range are heavy (the 86″ HUNTII BOARD Pro weighs 81.2 kg packed), so we also confirm the delivery address and site access with you.
Check on arrival
Please inspect the package when it arrives. If it is damaged or the contents are wrong, note it on the delivery receipt where you can, photograph the package and the product, and contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
Returns and replacements
Return and replacement terms are confirmed in writing with your quote or order confirmation. Nothing here limits any right you have under Indian consumer law.
