What we collect
When you place an order, request a quote or send a message we collect the details you type into the form: your name, email address, phone number, company, delivery address, GSTIN if you give one, and your message or notes. We do not collect card or bank details. If you pay online, your payment details go directly to our payment processor, Razorpay, and never reach our servers.
How we use it
We use your details to reply to you, confirm and deliver your order, issue invoices, and handle support and warranty questions. We do not sell your information and we do not send marketing email unless you ask for it.
Who sees it
Your details are visible to the HUNTII team. We share them only with service providers needed to do the job: our payment processor when you pay online, our email provider to send order and enquiry emails, and delivery partners who need your address and phone number.
Cookies and similar storage
Your cart is kept in your own browser (local storage) so it is still there when you come back, and it is never sent to us until you place an order or send a quote request. We use one cookie, for staff signing in to the admin area. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google to fetch them.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as needed for accounting, tax and warranty purposes, and enquiries for as long as they are useful to follow up.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing hamsidhi.linux@gmail.com. We will do this unless the law requires us to keep a record.
